Refund Policy
Effective date: June 8, 2026
This policy covers billing, cancellation, and refunds for Momentary PRO subscriptions provided by MinaLabs (the "Company"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
- PRO is available as monthly or yearly and renews automatically for the selected period.
- Pricing: on the web, US$5.99/month or US$49.99/year (in Korea, ₩7,900/month or ₩66,000/year). Displayed currency and tax inclusion follow the checkout screen.
- Web payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record).
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime in the app under Settings → Manage subscription, or via the payment provider's customer portal.
- Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal; you keep PRO until the end of the period you already paid for. Mid-period cancellation is not pro-rated by default, except where the refund criteria below apply.
3. Refund eligibility
We handle refunds in accordance with applicable law (including Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) and this policy.
- Withdrawal (unused payment): within 7 days of payment and if you have not materially used PRO features for that billing period, you may request a full refund.
- Right after auto-renewal: if you request a refund promptly after a renewal (generally within 7 days and if features are unused), we will review and refund. We recommend cancelling before renewal.
- Material defect: if a fault attributable to us prevented normal use of PRO, we will refund considering the period used.
- Duplicate/erroneous charges: clear duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded upon verification.
Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal may be restricted once PRO features have been used substantially. Submit your case via the process below and we will review it diligently under the law.
4. How to request a refund
1. Email hello@minalabs.net with ① your sign-in email, ② payment date/order number (receipt), and ③ the reason. 2. We review and respond within a reasonable time (typically a few business days). 3. Approved refunds are issued via the payment provider (Paddle) to your original payment method; it may take several days to appear depending on your card issuer/bank.
5. Native app (App Store / Google Play) purchases
If you subscribed via in-app purchase, refunds and cancellation follow each app store's policies and procedures (request via Apple for the App Store, or Google for Google Play).
